About Duetto

What Duetto is, how it computes a chart, who builds it, and where the product stands today.

Duetto is an astrology product that starts from real astronomical data instead of a sun-sign template. You give it a birth date, a city, and — if you know it — a time of birth. It resolves the coordinates and the historical time zone, computes planetary positions with the Swiss Ephemeris, derives houses and aspects, and then asks an AI language model to read that specific chart back to you in plain language.

It exists because the two halves of astrology software are usually split badly: professional tools compute correctly but read like a spreadsheet, and consumer apps read fluently but compute nothing — they map you to one of twelve buckets and generate horoscopes for all of them.

What you can do with it

How a reading is actually produced

  1. Input. Date, time (optional), and place of birth. The place is resolved to coordinates and to the time zone that was in force on that date — a detail most consumer apps get wrong for births before time-zone reforms.
  2. Astronomy. Planetary positions come from the Swiss Ephemeris, the same ephemeris professional astrologers rely on. This step is deterministic: the same input always produces the same chart.
  3. Structure. Our own engine derives houses, aspects, orbs, and — for two-person readings — the cross-aspects between charts or the composite midpoints.
  4. Narrative. An AI language model receives the computed structure and writes the reading in your language. It interprets; it does not invent the astronomy.

The split matters: if the model is wrong, the text is unconvincing. If the ephemeris were wrong, everything downstream would be quietly false. So the numbers are never left to the model.

Platforms and languages

Duetto runs today as a Telegram Mini App and bot — nothing to install, no password, authentication comes from Telegram. An iOS app is in development and will appear on the App Store once the developer account and review are complete; until then the badge on this site says "coming soon" rather than linking anywhere.

The product and this website are available in English, Russian, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.

Privacy and security stance

Birth data is the sensitive part of an astrology product: a date, a time, and a city are enough to identify a person. We treat it accordingly.

The details, including retention periods and the full subprocessor list, are in the Privacy Policy.

What it costs

Natal readings are free. So is your first synastry reading, and a three-day trial of daily transits counted from the first one you open. Beyond that, paid features are sold through the platform you are on: Telegram Stars in the Mini App (one-off purchases and fixed access periods, never auto-renewing) and App Store in-app purchases and subscriptions in the iOS app. Prices are shown before you confirm, and App Store subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your Apple Account settings. See the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.

Honest limitations

Astrology is not a science, and Duetto does not pretend otherwise. The astronomy is exact; the meaning laid over it is a tradition of symbolic interpretation, delivered here by a language model that can be inconsistent or plainly wrong. The product is for entertainment and reflection — not for medical, psychological, financial, legal, or career decisions. It is for adults (18+).
