This Cookie Policy explains how MAVK ANALYTICS LTD ("we", "us", "Duetto") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at theduetto.com ("Website"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

The Duetto Telegram Mini App, bot, and iOS app do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. They store a session token and interface preferences on your device so you stay signed in — see § 13 of the Privacy Policy. This policy applies only to the Website.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device when you visit them. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember preferences, and to provide reporting information. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, web beacons, and pixels — we refer to all of them as "cookies" in this policy.

2. Cookies we currently use

As of the "Last updated" date above, the Website sets only strictly necessary cookies. No analytics or advertising tools are active on the Website.

2.1 Strictly necessary cookies

These are required for the Website to function. They cannot be switched off in our systems. They do not identify you personally.

2.2 Analytics cookies (not currently in use)

We do not currently run any analytics on the Website. If we introduce an analytics tool, it will be a privacy-focused one, it will only be loaded after you accept analytics cookies via the banner, and this policy will be updated with the provider name, the cookies it sets, and its retention period before the tool goes live.

Because nothing analytics-related loads today, choosing "Accept all" and "Reject non-essential" currently produce the same technical result — we record your choice so that it is honoured if analytics are introduced later.

2.3 No advertising cookies

We do not use advertising, retargeting, or third-party marketing cookies, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

3. Your choices

If you are in the UK or the EEA, we will not set non-essential cookies until you accept them via our cookie banner. You can:

You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the Website footer.

You can also control cookies in your browser settings (most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or delete existing ones). Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the Website.

We honour Global Privacy Control and similar opt-out signals where technically feasible.

4. Data transfers

Cloudflare, which provides the Website's security and edge network, is based in the United States. Where we transfer your data outside the UK/EEA, we rely on the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, particularly if we introduce or change an analytics provider. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the cookie banner with a fresh consent prompt.
