MAVK ANALYTICS LTD owns and operates the website theduetto.com, the Duetto Telegram bot and Mini App, and the Duetto mobile application.
How purchases are processed
Duetto is sold through platform stores; we are not a direct card merchant.
- Telegram Stars — purchases inside the Telegram Mini App are processed by Telegram FZ-LLC under Telegram's terms. Telegram is responsible for collecting and remitting any taxes applicable to Telegram Stars transactions.
- Apple App Store — in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions in the iOS app are sold through Apple, which acts as our agent or commissionaire under the Apple Paid Applications Agreement and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales taxes and VAT.
VAT
MAVK ANALYTICS LTD is not currently registered for UK VAT. Where VAT or sales tax is due on a purchase, it is handled by the platform through which you purchased, as described above.

Consumer dispute resolution
We are not obliged to, and do not currently, participate in alternative dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body.
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform ceased operations on 20 July 2025 and can no longer be used. EU consumers can contact their national consumer authority or the European Consumer Centre in their country of residence. UK consumers can contact Citizens Advice.
